Welcome meeting for all international exchange students in the winter semester of the academic year 2017/2018 at the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering will take place on Monday, October 2, 2017, at 11:00 in the Festive Hall (2nd floor), Jamova 2, Ljubljana.

8.00 – 8.45:	Collection of Student Identity Cards (Slovenian students only) in UL FGG’s Hall
8.45 – 9.15:	Welcome addresses by the Dean, Prof. Matjaž Mikoš, Vice-Dean for Education, Assist. Prof. Samo Drobne, and Vice-Dean for Student Affairs, Assist. Prof. Simona Savšek (Slovenian students only)
9.15:	Departure of 1st Year Students to lecture rooms where separate receptions will be held, subject to the study programme enrolled (Slovenian students only):
	Lecture Room P-I/3 – study programmes GR (UN) and OG (VS) of Department of Civil Engineering Lecture Room P-IV/7 – study programmes GIG (UN) and TUN (VS) of Department of Geodetic Engineering Lecture Room H-10 (Hajdrihova street) – study programme VOI (UN) of Department of Environmental Civil Engineering
10.15 –	Start of regular classes (Slovenian students only)
11.00 –	Reception of international students (1st Year Students) and exchange students in UL FGG’s Festive Hall, on 2nd floor
16.00 –	Freshers’ Reception at Kongresni trg (Congress Square) in front of the University of Ljubljana building
