Members of the Department of Geodetic Engineering at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, are active contributors to the journal Geodetski vestnik, which is the central Slovenian professional and scientific journal in the fields of surveying, geoifnormatics and spatial planning ,with international recognition (IF JCR 2020: 0.551).
Geodetski vestnik is the publication of the Association of Surveyors of Slovenia (Zveza geodetov Slovenije). The journal is co-financed and professionally supported by the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering. It is an open access journal, published quarterly in printed and online versions. The journal is intended to serve as a reference source and archive for advances in disciplines that utilised geodesy, geoinformatics and spatial planning.
This year the journal underwent some other changes – among others, Dr Dušan Petrovič and Dr Miran Kuhar took over the position of editor-in-chief from Dr Anka Lisec (all from the Department of geodetic Engineering).
Furthermore, the contents of Geodetski vestnik are now available on the new website (https://www.geodetski-vestnik.com/en), where you can access the archival editions in digital format – the first numbers date back to 1953!
