On Monday, 30 September 2019 at 10 a.m., University of Ljubljana will organize a special reception ceremony for international students who are enrolled in degree programs of the University of Ljubljana where you will have the opportunity to get useful first-hand information about studying at the University of Ljubljana and about living in Ljubljana, as well as to meet the contact persons for the international students from the academies and faculties of the University.
During the first part of the reception ceremony, you will receive information regarding the arrangement of health insurance, the registration of residence permits, scholarship opportunities, subsidised meals and public transport. This will be followed by the presentation of career counselling, tutoring and extracurricular and other activities for students which are organized by the University of Ljubljana.
You will also receive detailed information about Year Plus, where you can acquire linguistic and other competences and expertise from selected study fields. You will also have the opportunity to get to know the culture, history and constitutional system of Slovenia, and to test your knowledge of the Slovenian language.
The reception will take place at the University of Ljubljana, festive hall, Kongresni trg 12, Ljubljana.
